Creating art is a matter of dealing with chaos. The shape of a work never ceases to change and it is up to a creator to be able to adapt and assist it to take shape. It is a process of nurturing the growth and development of something that is often intangible and difficult to grasp in its entirety. Even if you did grasp it you might limit it with your own expectations. In my view, it is more important to participate in the expansion of an idea than the condensing.

The process of creation does not cease when a show reaches the stage. Each night is creation afresh and as such the performance and performers need to incorporate an edge of constant surprise for themselves and for the audience. Anything less would be robbing the public of a live experience.
