Jessica Jefferies

Jessica started training at Alison Pond School of Dance and Chilton Dance School before completing her professional training at the New Zealand School of Dance in 2008.

Jessica’s career to date includes dancing in The World of Wearable Arts choreographed by Malia Johnston, Options Tertiary Dance Festival in Adelaide and the Tempo Festival in Auckland. She has featured in newly-created works by Sarah Foster One Trick Pony, We Can Fight, Sacha Copland Between Your Mouth and Mine and Ross McCormack’s Symbiotic.

Jessica featured in the world premiere season of Raewyn Hill’s work Finders Keepers at both the Wanaka Festival of Colour and the Christchurch Arts Festival in 2009. Jessica then joined Dancenorth as a Guest dancer for the National Tour of Nightcafe 09.
