EARTH AND SEA FESTIVAL

The highly successful Earth and Sea Festival was held on Saturday 19 June. Dates for 2011 will be advised early in the new year.

Earth & Sea Festival, hosted by Dancenorth in partnership with Mornington Island Dance (MID) celebrates traditional and contemporary indigenous art from around Queensland incorporating dance, music, film and visual arts. A highlight of the 2010 festival was the inclusion of Message Sticks 2010 Indigenous Film Festival featuring the QLD premiere of Boxing for Palm.
