Join us at the Dancenorth Theatre for a behind-the-scenes look at the works being created for our upcoming Tomorrow Makers 7 season.
Supporting the future of dance, this annual series empowers the Dancenorth Ensemble to embody the role of choreographer, shaping original works that redefine the possibilities of contemporary dance.
The Under Construction event gives you the chance to meet our Makers and get a taste of what they’re working on.
Through a relaxed discussion, each Maker will share insights into their creative process, the themes and intentions behind their work, and the inspiration that drove its creation.
Questions are warmly welcomed. Drinks and nibbles will be provided.

Dancenorth is located on the corner of Walker and Stanley Streets in Townsville City.
The ground floor of the venue is fully accessible, this includes the Dancenorth Theatre, foyer, bar, main offices and wheelchair accessible toilet. The main entrance is located at Stanley Street and accessible via wheelchair lift.
There is a drop off area outside the Clarion Hotel on Stanley Street, 50m from our main entrance.
