For young people looking for a new way to move.
Dance classes for wellbeing, resilience and connection. Designed in collaboration with headspace Townsville, these classes are for young people (aged 12 – 25) who have a desire to build their emotional and physical literacy, connect creatively with other people and explore storytelling through movement.
Led with sensitivity, curiosity, and an emphasis on joy, these classes offer a space to grow, express, and thrive together.
Classes have limited capacity. Registrations and bookings are essential.
