Caitlin Halmarick
Office and Program Coordinator & Teaching Artist

Born in Wallumedegal Sydney, Australia, Caitlin is a freelance dance artist and graduate of the New Zealand School of Dance, and has recently attained a Master of Management (Arts and Cultural Management).
In her arts management work, she has worked for the Royal Academy of Dance, Sydney Festival, Sydney Fringe Festival, and Ensemble Theatre. As a dancer, Caitlin has worked in a variety of companies and projects, including Brisbane Ballet, Ballet Collective Aotearoa, Sydney Choreographic Ensemble, Danza del Arte, Lynch and Paterson Productions, Las Peinetas, and a variety of dance film and community dance performances. She is also a writer for Dance Australia Magazine, contributing dance reviews and feature articles.
She is passionate about democratising dance so that it is accessible for all, and loves teaching dance to people who think they “can’t dance”, always with the aim of people having a laugh and a good time.
