Eloise Grace

Eloise has enjoyed (and endured) a career in the performing arts for over 20 years. Commencing as a freelance Stage Manager across all the home companies and venues in Brisbane and South East Queensland, she soon moved into Festival Logistics, and onwards to managing logistics for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2006 Asian Games in Qatar. Upon her return to Australia, Eloise moved into the commercial and musical theatre sector, as Company Manager for first class productions including Beautiful – the Carole King Musical, Jersey Boys, Rock of Ages, Georgy Girl, The Addams Family, and Blue Man Group.

In 2018, Eloise made the curious and preternatural decision to work at Dancenorth, after meeting with Kyle and Hillary, and is thrilled to now work in supporting the creation of contemporary art – the art of this moment. Her favourite work in repertoire is RED, and her favourite experience at Dancenorth is the continued deep and deeper dive in getting to know Gurambilbarra (Townsville) and its community.

Eloise loves to create environments where artists can thrive, where there is no line between ‘performer’ and ‘crew’, and where communication is clear and full of good humour.
